Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BulkPayer (the "Service") provided by BulkPayer Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service on behalf of a business or organization.
2) The Service
BulkPayer helps you initiate bulk payments and record/sync results to QuickBooks based on your configuration. You are responsible for:
- Verifying invoices, customers, and amounts
- Ensuring you have authorization to charge payment methods
- Reviewing synced accounting results in QuickBooks
3) Connected services (QuickBooks + payment processors)
When you connect QuickBooks, you authorize BulkPayer to access data and perform actions according to the permissions you grant. When you connect a payment processor, you agree to that provider's terms as well.
We are not responsible for outages or changes to third-party services.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity
- Attempt to bypass security or access data you don't own
- Upload malware or disrupt the Service
5) Fees and billing
Fees (if any) are described on our Pricing page or in-app. You authorize us (and/or our payment processor) to charge applicable fees. See our Billing & Refund Policy for details.
6) Confidentiality
If we provide confidential information (e.g., roadmap, non-public features), you agree to keep it confidential.
7) Intellectual property
We own the Service and related IP. You retain ownership of your business data.
8) Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every third-party sync will always succeed.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BulkPayer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security/legal reasons.
11) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Courts in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless local consumer laws require otherwise.
