Data Deletion & Account Removal

BulkPayer supports account data deletion and connected-app data deletion.
Option A — Self-serve deletion (recommended)
- Open BulkPayer → Settings → Data & Privacy
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
This will delete or de-identify data associated with your account, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security purposes.
Option B — Request deletion by email
Email admin@bulkpayer.com with:
- Subject: "BulkPayer Data Deletion Request"
- Your account email
- Your company name
We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.
Disconnecting QuickBooks
You can disconnect QuickBooks anytime inside BulkPayer (Settings → Integrations). You can also revoke access from within your Intuit-connected apps dashboard.
What gets deleted
- BulkPayer account profile
- Stored configuration (rules, preferences)
- Stored processor tokens
- Operational records not required for legal/security
What may be retained
- Minimal logs needed for security, fraud prevention, and compliance
- Records required to comply with legal obligations
